We are a local chapter of the National organization Diva Angels Inc.
Our mission is to empower and encourage women to ride their own motorcycles, create and foster close relationships with other like-minded women while enjoying the comararadarie that only women can share. As a group, we stay focused on helping those less fortunate in our communities by supporting other organizations at their events, and putting on a few fund raising events of our own each year.
We are a non-profit community organization. All proceeds from any event are given to the chosen recipient for that event.
We have two events we host each year. Our main fundraiser is called Mudslide's Event. It is a combination poker run, car show, bike show and other fun things for the whole family. It is held in April each year.
Organizations we have helped in the past include TWOLA, AVET Project, Paradise House, and other organizations who support those in recovery from addiction.
Our second event is our annual Angel Ride for Cancer. This event is held in October and honors the women in our lives who are battling or have battled any type of cancer. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.
Check the calendar as it can change often. We like to stay busy as a group and as friends. Our husbands/partners are always welcome to join us on rides, events, and gatherings that are not Diva only. We like to call them our Angel Escorts.
